| Kate, I will accept every fancy description you have eluded to here my dear friend. Dresses are my wife's domain and if I am elected to tag along on selection and purchase day, my bane. You make it all seem so marvelous. It must be the woman's perspective that makes it so. As for those "couple of berries strategically placed", ahem ? Love your take on this whimsy Kate. I bid you love and peace.Jon Michael |

Kate you always find such unique and lovely inspirations to wrap up in a custom made suit of adjectives that always takes us into your mind set. This is lovely and a great write to give hope on a damp wet foggy day like we are having here.

Here's whimsy no man dare write, Kate, or aspire to... at least in public!
But having said that, it has the delicate sigh and heave of satins, the flow of silk in those 'deep forests of dreams.'
Gorgeous!

Being a costume designer by profession, I can appreciate the topic of this poem...by the way I am the Quick change queen...I can make a 20 second quick change as you blink your eyes..
I love the dreamy feel of this poem, but the solidarity of it also.
As girls we always dreamed of that princess dress of pink and our prince charming stealing us away and taking off that pink dress, oops that wasn't pg I better behave..lol
Lovely poetry, Kate, as always I enjoy your work.
Peace love and light,
