Dark streets without names
Littered with broken down men
From failures unforeseen.

Hungry human animals lurking in the shadows
Feasting on the dead and unborn hearts
Of new relationships.

Ghostly eyed beings pretending to care
Give little but take much
Leading new love to the slaughter.

Rank garbage knowledge filling naive minds
Instilled by friends with motives
Bleeding hope and corrupting love.

Concrete barriers block exits
Leading lovers into Dead ends
Put there knowingly and purposely by pretend friends.

Dear David,

Very truthful write!!!

You speak for many who do not
voice their feelings.
