Do you know the miracle
That sent your love to me?
Did you feel what shines in you -
Have I told you what I see?

In your eyes that sparkle sweetly
There’s desire fully met.
In your presence is a being
Wholly mine and no regret.

We were empty, longing vessels
Sailing on an angry sea
Hungry, tired and near to death
What brought your love to me?

You are my familiar friend
And my longing knows no end
Every shadow of your face
Holds a message, speaks a place.

How you fill my soul, dear love
As the angels from above -
And you gave my life to me -
Know my love eternally.
