A Childhood Memory~

Flutter by butterfly with golden shiny wings
Touch upon the bluish sky, make the Angel sing
Beautiful in nature you touch upon the land
In the great earthly plain a essence to His hand
When a child I sang to you, ever so lovingly
A special wondrous gift God sent only for me
We danced throughout the silver cotton fields
Your acceptance brought about my happy days
Forever in my memory you still put me in a daze

Theresa,

Butterflies are one of the most unusual and beautiful of God's creatures, you've captured it well.
