Listening inside for when things are ready.

Listen to the Feel

This dish of blackberries is like my lifeóó
The bowl too full for the cream
That makes them worth the plucking.

Iím tired of picking, but my bucket isnít full.
I canít stop;
The bushes always have more big juicy ones
That look so tasty I pop them in my mouth.

But Iíve lost my hunger,
And they make my stomach sour.
Why?
I picked ones that LOOKED ready,
Instead of listening with my fingers.
