An impression as I stepped out of doors

The night sky looked eerie
From the ground, fog rose
Thick, cast in an amber light
The air smelled of sulphur
Thunder claps filled the night

Only -- it wasn't Thor's work
He lay on a soft cloud
Fast asleep
No, no. It was Loki
Still quick on his feet

Evidently, he had danced a polka
And galloped so hard
He got careless
Stubbed his toe on a chimney
Lost his breath and -- had to fart

This tale had to be told
For the gods and I have grown old

So dark in the sky, but it is midnight. It did rain here and caused darkness to. In fact thunderstorms have been here and are supposed to be for a few more days. Scarey arn't they.
