At some point a horse has to be broken in.

Irish Cob across the sea

In coastal Wales no longer free

A man on board to hold him back

A whip, a kick, to keep on track

The car slows down each eyes with care

To slowly pass no fright or stare

Each day confidence will slowly gain

Each day that passes, a little less pain

He backs up when a voice appears

One he knows he rarely hears

Encounters vary but soon diminish

His training then can surely finish?

Breaking the horse
