The glyding Turtle

Graceful glyding beneath the sea

The Turtle swims to delight you and me

Turtle soup I've heard but never tasted

To have some would be a turtle wasted

Clumsy on land as it lays its young

Survival of the fittest as the song is sung

Flippers of strength to direct the swim

I think its time for me to jump in!
