Dedicated to...guess

Granddaughter

I look down  as you lay sleeping

You grew a foot in just a week

I creep closer to you  my sleeping angel

Just one more goodnight peak

I thank the Lord for miracles

Like this one sleeping beneath my gaze

You gave me a reason to love

Helps me through my saddest days

You are Nana’s little angel girl

You are Poppa’s bragging right

You are the sunshine, you are the rainbow

You are a smile that lasts all night.

Love Forever and a day,

Poppy

Your poems to your granddaughter always bring a sentimental tear to my eyes, Felix. This is precious and so very special. I hope you are binding these so that your beautiful girl will have them to share with her own children and grandchildren.
Take care,
Sherry

Felix, what a precious and beloved little Jewel she is. Those two tiny pony tales just tug my heart.

GRANDDAUGHTER should be framed in gilt and hung in her room so she will grow up with the love of her grandfather every moment of the day and night.

As a Nana and Paps to our five year old grandson, my husband and I share your joy, love and amazement at the unexpected beauty of being grandparents.

GRANDDAUGHTER is a beauty.

Now Felix you know she is adorable! She does seem to be a bit overwhelmed by that giant Easter Bunny though, with that cute timid bottom lip pooched out.
I do know one thing, and I guarantee she does too...Poppy would fight the devil himself to keep her safe..
Beautiful child, and a precious love from a very proud Poppy!
