 As Life Passes By

youthful years are past
babies now are teenagers
where has the time gone

time passes quickly
there is so much to get done
take the time to live

stop and have some fun
the trivial tasks can wait
don’t waste precious time

enjoy your loved ones
time together is not lost
future may not come

living in the past
you will miss out on today
as life passes by

Cynthia, your wonderful, unique and marvelous creative talent to be able to put together so much meaning into these five Haikus, is another shinning testament of your nurturing and poetic ability. Each one of these spectacular festive treats gives one plenty of food for thought; and I couldnít agree more with the overall significance of your well-penned and delightfully expressive and timely Haikus. You have once again proven why I enjoy sharing time with you and reading your outstanding work. Thank you for sharing your insightful wisdom and meticulous understanding of living in the now. Happy Anniversary!

I love you,
