| Such a wealth of soulful recognition and compassion fill the lines of A CREATIVE SPIRIT-- all at once a prayer for the liberation of the creative instinct subdued by the daily grind, and, in and of itsef, an exhultation of the creative spirit's refusal to be destroyed by such a grind by the simple that it insists on flowing through the pen of the one who blessed us with these words.
