Whispers of Spring

a spring wind
lifts the cat's fur
then moves on

on a window sill
rosy a
pples
blush behind lace curtains

lazy spring morning
a snail moves slowly
but the patio is patien

pink blossoms fall
I am torn between looking
up or down

on a spring wind
swirling like noisy
leaves
a gust of sparrows

Carole, in words of considerable beauty and intelligent description you have shared the special ambiance of Spring upon an awakening land. Love the photograph. The parasol is an impressive catch. It is marvelous to see your work grace the den once again. I bid you love and peace my dear friend. Jon Michael

Carole, from my view the print of the poem is a nice size, no problem. Each of these segments is wonderful! The first one captured my heart immediately, and the rest followed through in style. Whisper loudly, Spring!
