In a clearly measured gate,

she approached knowing

and thus induced a state

clear as her smile showing

 

Pleasantries exchanged

in quietude and subterfuge

priorities rearranged

with shuddering deluge

 

Purple and pristine

and in no way left shaken

with a shine not unseen

another step taken
