For years Kenney has walked from old Savannah to Tybee Island and back. A gift of poetry, from the poetry book, One Man's Journey.

COSMIC KENNY

Universes move like light years Through his interstellar head.
On earth, he’s a Picasso animation Through oak tree filtered light.
He traverses to Tybee Island Over Thunderbolt bridge, And returns To old Savannah In starlight, through Forsyth Park.

He laid down the ladder of success; Those training steps had No appeal. His head dwelled in Aquarius; His heart found love in God. Within his window eyes of brown, you begin to travel with him. His
Sincere voice splits your mind into galaxies.  In a shooting star glide,

He smiles, says, “see you ‘round.” He leaves you on a slingshot ride Around the sun, homeward bound.
