Two people, different places, see the same through the eyes of new and old

Glittering, sparkling drops of dust
Catching the sunlight
Twinkling
Falling slowly
Without weight
Like tiny stars
to a baby
Watching
Wondering
Fresh, cleansing cool air of night
Universe above me
Twirling
Turning slowly
The tiny stars
to a woman
Wishing
Wanting
The woman
The child
Both have eyes
Both see
Feel the chill of night
And the warmth of light
For all the world to be
