Somewhere in time a bright light will never shine. A song will never be sung. A child's laughter will never be heard. Somewhere in time those will never bear their own cross. Sins will catch fire and souls will be lost.
Somewhere in time eyes will never see the true picture. Hearts will never love. Beauty will never be uncovered. Somewhere in time the sky will turn black and all will be lost forever.

It's because humans allow this to be a "lost" world. Too bad. I know that of which you write, April. Love and blessings to you,

I can't believe how much this sounds like me when I was younger, except you write better than I did, but the message is the
same.. and sad for humanity. I can feel your pain.

Dayum April...you and Mariah write alike.
Why should that surprise me? Somewhere in time there is, indeed, sadness and loss. It hurts my heart to know I would never wish this and yet it has happened in the world, in the past and will happen again. Where I mostly feel joy, others like you and Mariah feel the pain.

Very well expressed.

Love,
Susan
