Presentation is paramount when creating a eye catching dessert --- a behind the scenes glimpse into the art that is plate painting.
Muscular and artistic hands -
weaving the magic we call presentation.
I see the art,
fashioned of edible sculpture.
you are profit of the palate,
cutouts of cake, bases;
your decadent wisdom.
till heavenly visions
Tuiles, chocolate decorations;
of crispy symmetry;
Oh lovely visual revelations.
Is it enough to paint those lines,
to chase perfection

|Loving this write, holy ground? WE all need to read words of this sort to seek our saneness and to have a good time doing it. I did on this one, it is amazing what you can write about when you think like this.|

|Your essence is in every creation. One indeed finds the sacred through work. The imagery here is, well, delicious, Amber. I'm suddenly very hungry...|
