YOU  DONíT

You donít just bring me flowers

you plant gardens for me

You donít just give me hugs

rather, you hold me endlessly

and you donít just sing with me

you sing to me,

making up words as you go along

and I laugh

this laugh

coming from somewhere inside me that has never been touched

You donít just listen to me

you hear me

and you donít just think

but think for me when my mind is cluttered

You donít just read books

but you read to me

You donít only give to me

you give of yourself to me

and you donít just write me love letters

but we write them together

discovering each otherís thoughts

You donít just look at me

but you look inside me

and you actually see beauty

that I never recognized before

and I understandÖ.

that for all that you ďdonítĒ do for me

You do it all.

Thank you.

OMG Debby if only I had some to give me all those things which I never had. I need my sweetie here to do it all for me too. I just wish he'd get it in gear and get over here. This is a very beautiful, romantic and touching piece Debby. Thnx for sharing. May the Lord bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. With much love in my heart, stubborn to a fault, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little terrified sister, Barbie
