On this Earth Day, a ditty perhaps best described as never getting down to earth.

High Above It All

A jolly young man from Oasis

Blithely partied through life’s early phases

Toward the end, in decline,

It was too late to pine

That, in fact, he’d touched none of the bases.

this is so much more than a little ditty charles....some touch all their 'bases' and to what end?...not always happiness...bet this jolly older man has some wonderful memories to keep him warm and jolly...which can be a nice attractive thing...great 'ditty'!...pmedlin
