He stared at his cup of tea
Not one of those fancy blends
just plain everyday tea
Nothing quite as stimulating as coffee
He had to give that up
It was the memory of the spoon
He could take no longer
And how it disappeared behind those red lips
The ones that melted into his

If he closed his eyes he could still feel it
The intimacy,
The passion
The quiver that ran through his being
causing his body to speak in silence

One would think memory fades in time
but some things are timeless
like the pressing of bodies
and the langaugue spoken in the transference

You can study the Tantra, The Kama Sutra
Yet still never experience perfection
Or as some might call it, Kundalini

He never read a word about it
Or even knew it existed
Until
Her
Until
Their joining
where no defininition could describe
the assension of mind, body and soul

So now he just sips his tea
and wonders if he will ever have coffee again

It's so true we get a taste of the heights and if it isn't sustained we seem never able to accept anything less...

He [starred] at his cup of tea = stared?

brilliant.
the end... it just works so perfectly with the start which works so perfectly with the middle which works so perfectly with the end.
yes. i am quite in love with this piece.

such a random reason for not being able to drink coffee anymore.
stop listening to a song coz it reminds you of her sure...
refuse to walk down a certain street coz it reminds you of her sure...
but stop drinking coffee...?
sounds like youve really been burnt by this whole love game...
