Destination Flight, Climb The Air
Valerie Hardin
I have wings that are fragile
But they take me where I need to go
Now and then I fall
Cut the uncovered parts of me
I have wings that are fragile
I can climb the air if I feel the need too
Pass it all when I fly
Reach the stars floating
Burning in an airless sky
I see brown dwarfs, blue dots
Wholes and rips in time
Once in a while I fall, but we all do
The impossible really isn't
Even if the destination is only a fragment in a dream |
