Both my ears are always sore and numb
When our phone conversations are done
My heart and inner child are so glad
We talked for hours, but then I’m sad
Because I really do
Love and miss you
Wishing we could be together again
As we will always be friends
I look forward to the next time we meet
And unfortunately it won’t be next week
But you will always be in my heart and thoughts
‘Cause I really do miss and love you lots!
