Can you describe him?

The person you were in love with...

No, not really.

Can you try?

What - to touch the sky? Catch a shooting star as it flies by? Watch the moon as it bathes in a celestial lagoon?

Well, do you think you might?

What? explain how his light held me eternally tight
not just on waking, but every night?

But you said he was your Tower...

Yes, he was my tower of absolute strength,
but he held me at length
as I helplessly watched him fall prey
to all that was grey
then take me there with him...
I had to get away.
So I left - still loving him,
to save my heart from breaking in two
as I fell apart.
Describe him to you?
No, I donít think I can - accept to say that I knew him
when he was a wonderful man.

But you said you would never leave him...

And I never did.
How could I leave someone who resided within me?
A part of myself, bound by love.
Love never dies - you simply move on to better love,
and though I won't know again
the person that's buried themselves
beneath all that pain.
I was loved beyond wealth,
beyond life itself.

How will you survive?

On the power of love
which is part of us all;
our soul's only call,
and I know in my heart
that I'll love again.
I'll move on from him;
his sorrow and pain.
Describe him to you?
No, I don't think I can,
accept to say...that
I am was honored to touch the soul
of a wonderful man.
