For usurping the words of Christ, For every pleasure damned as vice... For every new thought you deemed occult For each rack and pyre's dark result... Drag the false priests to the chamber Inquisitors are waiting... For seeing birth control denied As plagues and famine rage worldwide... For every child that you've made cry, Our patience has run dry... Drag the false priests to the chamber Inquisitors are waiting... Now the gold you begged From your coffers will spill As detractors move in for the kill Will YOU be forgiven on this Reckoning Day? Or will your sheep become wolves chanting 'Let Us Prey'? Drag the false priests to the chamber Inquisitors are waiting To drag forth confession of Sin.

(Inspired by the RAVEN song of the same name. Believe it or not, I STILL go to church once in a while...KK)

The lines 'Inquisitors are waiting' after the stanzas gave me chills. BTW, I still attend church once in awhile as well. JC xoxoxo
