Ever wonder when the first true heart transplant took place? This may surprise you!

The First Heart Transplant

The first heart transplant happened a long time ago.

God did it and it’s something that we all should know.

You see God recorded it in a book for you and me.

He called it “The Bible” and so let’s look and see:

“I will give you a new heart and put a new
spirit within you; I will take the heart of
stone out of your flesh and give you a heart
of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and
cause you to walk in My statutes, and you
will keep My judgments and do them.”
        ( Ezekiel 36:26-27 *NKJV )

A lot of time has passed since way back in the old days.

But it seems like God is talking to us, right now – Today!

There is no doubt that the Bible is still living and alive. Tried and true !

For God, the great physician is still transplanting hearts for me and for you.

Thank You for sharing this gorgeous verse John
I just learned how to properly pronounce Ezekiel
a mere few weeks ago :) from my Pastor.
(I used to say it like Ahh-Zeek-Eal lol)

And as for "The First Heart Transplant" ...this is true
the Lord can take the darkest of hearts or cold as stones
and replace them with his glorious & fruitful bounty of Love & Compassion

I enjoyed this poem very much John because of the truth is expresses. At the age of sixteen, I received mine, and I've been serving The Chief Physician ever since. Thanks for writing this one and for letting us all read about The First Heart Transplant.
