You walk forever
tracing an individual infinity
from the ceiling to the floor
where you’re your own sun.

You sleep with eyes open
dreaming that you are a priest,
and in your dream
you make shadows and reflections.

Seems there is no way
to bring you back to life.

Symbolically significant and thought-awakening, Debs; at least to me it is. Thank you. Love and peace to you,

So very true. I spend way too much time in my head. Total disconnect from reality sometimes. And I have it better than some. Profound poetry.
