A Letter To Jesus
How nice it is to be loved by you
Who could love us as you do?
No one on earth for sure
We are able but because of sin, we cannot
The spirit is willing but the flesh weak
This is why you ache for us so
You understand, you have compassion
You gave your life for us
You gave us your mother
for you knew we needed a mother
To pray for us, to cry for us
and to never turn away
This is easy to know, for I am a woman
I am a mother and my spirit understands
Thank you brother Jesus
