I guess I was a fool
To fall in love again
But how could I know
You just wanted to be friends
I just wasn't smart
I led with my heart
But how could I know
You'd break it in two
I fell in love before
It happened just like this
He said he loved me
And then he stole a kiss
But how could I know
When I fell in love with you
It would happen again
And we would just be friends
