Who am I?
Why am I here?

Am I to be a beautiful vessel of love
Or am I to be a dark instrument of hate?
Should I spend my life in a state of peaceful pacifism
Or should I spend it in a state of Hellish war?
Should I build bountiful bridges of friendship
Or should I build insurmountable walls of isolation?
Am I a pure son of God
Or am I the twisted spawn of Satan?
Should I give generously to those in need
Or should I mercilessly rob and steal from those that have?
Is there a grand purpose to my life
Or is my life hopelessly purposeless?
Should I believe in the kindness humanity
Or should I adamantly believe in no one?
Should I travel thousands of miles to find the answers to my questions
Or should I stand here motionless and ignorant?
Should I care about everything
Or should I care about nothing?

Who am I?
Why am I here?
Who am I?
Why am I here?
Who am I?
Why am I here?

I AM ME!
I AM HERE TO LIVE!

And it is through life,
That all my questions will be answered.

Very good poetry, we are on the same wavelength about the opposites in life and how they affect our life. I just posted a poem similar to this. We are all here to learn and find our answers through living and experiencing each other and life itself.
Peace, love, and light,
Amber "V"
