Georg - Summer passed all too quickly this year. I too wished:
to hold your alive a little longer I wished
to feel your warmth on my cold skin
and on my heart,
as when you with the sun gave me kisses.

my Jalapeno's were not hot because she was snuffed out
hopefully Mr. Winter will not suppress Miss Spring time kissing our senses...and not soon enough

| Love the personification in this, Georg. So passionate and so unique. I simply can't get my head round these dark nights, now, and though I love the Harlequin season now here, I am totally the hand-maid of Titania and those Long Summer Nights... and Days! Pass the tissues.... xxxx :)) Great voicing to this poem, too. |

Georg, I prefer fall and winter. Too stormy in the spring (though lately we've had round after round of stoms in the fall!), and too hot in the summer; I can't take the heat anymore. Great write; well done!

Beautiful, Georg, but after winter, comes the spring ... if you want summer, Texas has plenty. Severe storms expected tonight/tomorrow morning, including the possibility of tornadoes. Yuck. (Tornadoes, not your poem. LOL)
