Become a Fan

I once loved the adventure in pursuit of fun and pleasure

I once was an adrenaline junkie

I once left my heart open to the options out there

I once was nearly completely destroyed

Now I am much more careful and conservative

Now I make an effort to not see the starry places

Now I try to see only what is real and safe

Now is much less interesting

Can I ever reach the place of balance?

To truly find fun and remain quite safe?

I want to see the stars again, and yet,

To also remain with heart intact!

I was always an adrenaline junkie, always hurt too. That is until I met Alan. I am safe, secure and starry eyed too. You CAN have it all. However, if I personally could only have one, I'd take safe and secure. JMHO. You're a real beauty, God's perfect Gem. Love you, Janet xx
