Once Again I Dance

We sit, drowning in our thoughts, wondering where we went wrong, when it's not ourselves, it's just life in itself,

There did come a time,

When I thought I was in a dark gloom

Thought in life I was doomed

But, as friends~n~family would have it

They wouldn’t allow me to

Become a withered s’hroom

So, out they brought me

Into the light

Once again I did dance

The night went by so fast

Daylight came, watching the sun

With beer in hand, shared memories

More in the present to share in the future

For with the love of fiends~n~family

Once again I did dance

Did I make a fool of myself

I don’t remember, nor do I care

I am free now

Of the dark cloud of gloom

I so needed this

It help me see what I was missing

The fun, the glimmer of lights

Under the moon

Try it and you’ll see

What a dance can do
