All the powers that be hard at work, I still have all of my albums and only a few 45's. Just like all my shows, documentaries, movies on tape just transferred them all over to CD's and DVD's, but part with the originals, I think not....
Be always safe,

A glorious, delirous romp through the ages of music-media-fixtures, and decried to/with melancholy, which was there, in plenty. Yet, hopeful. What next, Peter? Should It stop? I don't think so!

My hubby and I have inherited a juke box from my father-in-law. Along with the juke box there are many 45 records, boxes and boxes of them!!! Many of these records are of old songs, and I have been treasurig them as if they were antiques; and believe me, I like many of the old songs. I prefer them to the modern ones.
With the mp3 players, and iPod and all that stuff now in the market, I would think that our juke box and the records will very soon become antiques, and I greatly treasure them!!!
Modern technologies are good, but the antiques are much better and worth a lot more!!!
