Rain or Tears?

Elections are coming up, take the time to know where the hopefuls stand on these important issues.

I wonder if in these evil days

the rain is not what it seems?
Could it be tears from the hosts of heaven

for a country filled with forsaken

and broken dreams?

Millions waking on the ground

 or over a subway grate

While the one's that have go uncaringly by

 impervious to their fate.

The scammers sit begging by choice

 on corners throughout the land

Robbing alms from the truly needy

creating indifference in those willing to

 lend a hand

Our government gives and gives to illegals

as soon as they provide an address

The homeless by definition don't qualify

 it's become a ridiculous mess

The churches try with shelters and food

but are not even making a dent

And we the people have little affect

as to how our monies paid to the government

are utilized and spent

We must see thru the maze of lies

 and help to change the
things we can

To stop the flow of wealth to the visitors

 and help the citizens

of our land

Hopefully alot of folks will come out of the pews and ways and lend whatever they can; together we can make a difference for the glory of God.

an eye opening work. we should always be willing to lend a hand out in friendship and love.

Great insight! Helping others is God's mandate. We need to do this more and more. Perhaps, in our own way - we can and will make a difference.
