How love brings new vigor in a person's life.

Re-incarnation

I feel like a rose

that no sun or moon

Or the water hose

Could bring to full bloom.

Yet one daring man

by the heavens sent

unafraid of thorns

stoops to smell my scent.

He holds me hostage

to his gentle touch

and with his keen stare

he lays my soul bare.

Petal by petal

he reaches my core

to bring to the fore

my long buried soul.

Perhaps I’ll yet bloom

to a  full blown rose

life cannot be doom

where so much love grows

Re-incarnation
