Transplantation...the ultimate gift.
blessin's Sis Karen...wish people could transplant common sense during the holidays. The poor man who gave his life at Walmart just because he wanted a job can't get his life back...yet a total stranger shows love to help someone (if I read your poem "internally" in the correct sense, respects life to the point where he choose to help someone have the ability to appreciate a fuller life experience.
We really are a diverse planet...families can't get along, but strangers treat others better than family.
Too many lost souls finding the wrong kind of gifts this season. Thank you for this...(I tend to get caught up sometimes Sis because we forget the importance of EVERYday over greed in the holidays.)
blessin's,
cynth'ya |

This poem says it all to organ, blood and plasma doners everywhere. It is a topic we seldom think about until we or someone we love need help. This write is a good reminder to make sure we all have organ doner cards filled in...the live we save could someday be someone we love.

| I am deeply touched by the heartfelt sincerity and gratitude expressed so plainly and succinctly in this write, Karen. It's scope is far deeper and goes far wider than the mere "facts" it relates. It stops me in my tracks with the awe and respect you feel and yet this is so emotionally even and light-handed. I wish to add my applause and equally exalt such willing and anonomous sacrifice. I do hope that it is possible that this appreciation is received. Bless you all, Kate xx |
