It's about... well... just read it.

It's growing inside me,
the seed has been sown.
It's thriving inside me,
the parts are all grown.

The cells are dividing,
bits multiplying; it's so satisfying.

It's eating inside me,
and growing so fast.
It's feeding inside me,
and coming at last.

The cells are expanding,
food they're demanding; my life I am handing.

It's hurting inside me,
spreading so well.
It's killing inside me,
defenses have fell.

The cells are all dying,
my eyes are still crying; it's so satisfying.

It's still there inside me,
but my fight is done.
It's killed all inside me,
the cancer has won.
