its a blast from the past a chance to be last in the race not just another slap in the face so sing me to sleep dream land is waiting can't hardly wait for that song from the future to come back and rock to live like its supposed to and never go back cause this is the world and its cheering for you the lights in the air waving at you so sing us to sleep with that blast from the past one more chance to be last in this maddening race one more chance to dodge that slap in the face so sing me to sleep
