The Was-ill

I wish I could sew, I would create a real Was-ill for the Make A Wish Foundation and The Heal The World Foundation.Give to them if you can! Thank you!

I hear that you have been so sad,
with many reasons to.
So, I will try to light your day
with a friend, I picked for you.

Have you ever seen a Was-ill?
A happy little fellow.
But He was ill and it did seem to
Turn him all bright yellow!

A Was-ill is the “get well” pet.
He was so sick once too
and dreamed of only lollipops
to take away the blues.

He likes to climb up on your ear.
So, careful when you comb.
He wants to help the pain to heal.
So, you won’t feel alone.

He can’t ran and play or throw ball
To short to throw a pass.
He likes to nuzzle in your hair,
or lay upon the grass.

Every time you feel alone
with scared and lonely days,
believe the Was-ill is the one
to help you thru that phase.

So, if you’re sick, remember this;
our prayers are all with you.
The Was-ill is my gift of hope,
a friend to see you through.

Very special indeed...for to even let someone who is ill or down know you care is a gift from God through you.
