I Don’t Have To Imagine (Love Version)
I can’t imagine
What my purpose would be
I can’t imagine my life
Without my wife.
When God introduced her to me
That’s when my eyes were opened to see
The church bells rang
Given a song, I sang
And I’ll keep singing
Even after we stop holding hands.
I don’t have to imagine - she understands
I may be six feet under Liberty’s burial ground
Or she maybe just a few feet away blowin’ across that poultry farm land.
A robin egg shell sky with crimson tears dressed falling down. . . . . .
I can’t imagine if you weren’t around.
With each day
I always try to say
“I love you.”
And she kiss’s me and tells me
“I love you - MORE”
