Within ourselves we must learn to adapt to external changes,
Recognizing and clearing our inner experiences.
To realize our conflicts or hidden emotions within our dreams,
And become aware of our inner and outer worlds.

We learn to convert knowledge into wisdom and truth,
Digesting and assimulating it to become life or force.
We discover that all changes are in fact positive,
Only altered by our own negative attitudes.

We exist as a medium between Heaven and Earth;spirit and matter of which we consist,
An inner world of senses, feelings and thoughts; voices seeking to be heard.
An outer world of nature, and people bringing forth their expressions,
We are continually trying to focus and adapt to the everlasting moment of now.
