To my grandparent's whose patience and wisdom helped mold me into the person I am today.
Grandparents, old and wise; beautiful people with years of wisdom and understanding,
They can laugh at your ignorance and reach beyond it to find loving humor.
Able to reach to your very essence of being and instill in you those morals to last you the rest of your life,
In every bit of advice, an everlasting lesson is imprinted into your heart.
Always there for you with a word of tender encouragement; making the difference and giving you the faith to go on,
With a single thought to times past, you were able to recall even a single phrase and your heart was again uplifted with pride in yourself.
Your mind races through years of fond memories to times of great joy; times of laughter and of warm embraces,
With each new day a new obsticle was conquered making journey into adulthood closer with each step.
One day to your surprise you are no longer a child,
You are now ready to go into the world and find your place!

|I never came to know my grandparents alive but this equally applies to parents. Everything I wish to say to them is embodied by this tribute which is very well written-with ardor, warmth, love, gratitude and lasting memories.|
