It is not a bad thing

What you see is a bad scene

close your eyes

It's just a little sting

what you feel is a static cling

No more real

than angels in thorazine

demons in a magazine

death in a dream

or trees that scream... scream... scream

Cleverly concocted, Damien. I'm not "saying" I understand it really but it does give rise to imaginings. Thanks for sharing. Love and peace,

That is an echoey little thing, isn't it? I love the play on words. But it is about near-sightedness after all... we can't see what is a little distance from us-- reality just out of un-blurred sight... we still see it, but its lines contort--fuzz, and beauty becomes a monster. Behind our closed eyes, we think we see it very well, but we miss the truer vision.
I find this write to be both fun, and pithy-- hard to accomplish, but you did it, and rather well too. --Charlie
