marriage is a poem i wrote after i kept getting asked how i made it to my 20th wedding anniversary.

WHEN PEOPLE ASKED ME HOW MADE IT

AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF MARRIAGE

I JUST LOOK AT THEM AND SAY

WORK ####### IT EVERY DAY

ARMS AR MADE FOR HUGGING TIGHTLY

KISSES SO SOFT ON LIPS NIGHTLY

HOLDING HANDS WHILE YOU ARE WALKING

SWEET WORDS IN ALL YOUR DAILY TALKING

WHISPERS IN EACH OTHERS EARS

LOVE NOTES SHOWING YOU STILL CARE

GIVING PRESENTS FOR NO REASON

MISSING THEM BEFORE THEYRE LEAVING

GOING OUT AND HAVING FUN

WATCHING THE BRIGHT RISING SUN

LAUGHING AT EACH OTHERS ANTICS

STAYING CALM WHILE ONE IS FRANTIC

ONE SINGLE TEAR SHOULD NOT BE CRIED

JUST BECAUSE OF FOOLISH PRIDE

MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS TALK THINGS OUT

THATS WHAT LOVE IS ALL ABOUT
