Two Souls In The Wild

There is a winding path
That leads where our hearts smiled
Where we held hands & laughed & loved
Two souls in the wild

There is a field of flowers
Where the wind blew and we smiled
And lay together 'neath the sky
Two souls in the wild

I come here now many a day
To wash away my sorrow
A place so full of memory
But I have hope for tomorrow

That you'll come back & wipe my tears
When you remember how we smiled
And we'll go on loving, you and I
Two souls in the wild
