Autumn Sunset

Faith renewed by nature's beauty

A cool autumn breeze ruffled her vibrant hair of burnished auburn as she strolled down a narrow shell path sprinkled with golden leaves.

Emerging from the thick brush surrounding the path, she perched for a moment upon a pale yellow
bench.

A bare and desolate beach stretched before her as the incoming tide prepared to gather its treasures, returning them to the ever changing sea.

Her eye caught a glimpse of a seabird's motion as it soared from the heavens to rest near water's edge upon the sandy shore.

As a late autumn's sun began to set, a glaze of golden orange cast violet shadows upon the desolate beach.

With the falling sun, she rose, her faith renewed by nature's beauty in a spectacular autumn sunset.
