Angel In Disguise

Earth angels are among us |
|
In the higher realms, his spirit shown as brightly as a blazing sunset, yet his earthly cloak appeared tarnished and worn.
Kind and gentle, always helpful, he never berated others. His limp and disfigurement from a near fatal accident drew stares and impatience as he journeyed slowly through his life.
Desiring only a loving mate, he traveled down the winding path of his life as a solitary man for comely maidens could not behold his shining spirit.
Spending four score and ten in the service of others, always giving, never murmuring a harsh word, 'twas only after he'd journeyed beyond the veil, they realized he'd been an angel in disguise.

Deeply spritual and full of descriptive expressions.

| I love this and do believe that there are Angels among us, always fascinated with the 'goings on' of the Higher Realm. Very nice indeed. JC |
