A Midnight's Eve Near Water's Edge

Become a Fan

As a golden moon casts an iridescent glow upon
the shimmering sea, a warm tropical breeze
sings of yesterday's romance.

My heart longs still for your gentle caress, your
whispers of tender endearments as your breath brushes warm upon my cheek.

As wispy clouds race across a star studded sky, shrouding the full moon, a misty form appears, beckoning me into the unknown.

Sensing your presence, I await your approach as warm waves of the gentle gulf lick my sandy toes.

As your luminous form appears, it seems time has stopped, reversed, as you enfold me into your arms.

Promising nevermore to part, a swirling mist encases us on a midnight eve near water's edge.
