Inspirational poetry
|
A cool autumn breeze ruffled her vibrant hair of burnished red as she strolled down a narrow shell path sprinkled with golden leaves.
Emerging from tall, swaying sea oats surrounding the path, she settled upon a
pale yellow bench near water's edge.
As she gazed upon a bare and desolate beach, the incoming tide gathered its
treasures, returning them to the cool September sea.
A sea bird soared from the heavens, landing nearby as an autumn's sun began to set, casting a blaze of crimson and violet shadows upon the sandy shore.
As the September sea shown in its autumn glory, she rose, her faith renewed by nature's beauty.
