A forbidden weekend tryst
promises kept, dreams coming true
then hands clutched tightly
back to the airport
your flight is called
you vow to return
I'll have my memories
she'll still have you.

Can't remember my last forbidden weekend, although it was in New Zealand and she was driving a burgundy Jaguar, and yes, a red head, and no...I can't see to be able to remember, although...(LOL)

Marcia,

A very sad commentary about the "other woman or man". Very well written.
